The Edgware class takes place every Sunday.

It runs 3-5pm at LA Fitness, 69-79 Station Road, Edgware, HA8 7JG and is led by Deputy Chief Instructor Gerry Abram.

Ideally located next to Edgware tube station the class does not require a membership of LA Fitness.
