Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Race for Life on Sunday 28th June.
Lisa, April, Ani, Leah and Jane all ran or jogged the 5K route around CassioburyPark in Watford.
We all had a great time and we really couldn’t have asked for better weather! It was fantastic to get members together outside training and enjoy the event. Family members were there to support those of us running and some who were unable to take part were there to cheer us on, thank you to all of you.
A well deserved drink in the sunshine was enjoyed by many of us afterwards.
Together we have managed to raise a fantastic amount of money for this great cause.
I look forward to our next event, which will have us swinging from the tree tops……look out for this on the Shaolin web site; it will certainly be adventurous and a lot of fun!
