The St. Albans class aka "Black Panther" class (Thursdays 19:30-21:30) is run by the Chief Instructor, Kingsley Morgan (see the Chief Instructor page for more information about Kingsley) and is based at the Westminster Lodge Sports Centre (in the Sports Hall). The syllabus varies slightly from week to week, but a typical class will involve:
- Warm up and stretching
- Fitness Training
- Traditional form and movement
- Pad work
- Controlled light sparring with full protective gear
All ages (8+) and abilities welcome (including Beginners). Please arrive 10 minutes early for registration.
